Newswire is a contributed theme for Drupal 6 - you can download Newswire for free. Adpativethemes actively participate in the Drupal community and the Newswire Drupal theme is one of our contributions.

Newswire is a 4 column, table-less, fixed width theme for Drupal 6.x. Newswire has many additional regions ideal for displaying standard size banners or any other content.

With 4 columns and 7 additional regions (13 total including the header & footer regions) complex layouts are easy to create using only the blocks system. The screenshot on the Drupal project page shows all regions except the footer.
