Important Information
Please read the following Terms and Conditions. Download and use of our products or services implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
License
All Drupal components (including but not limited to all template files, .info files and .php files) are covered by the GPL or General Public License, (http://www.opensource.org/licenses/). Drupal portions of the product may be modified and re-distributed under the terms of the GPL. A copy of the GPL is included with each distribution.
All non-Drupal portions of the themes not already covered by an additional or seperate licence, for example where the theme is a port of an existing design which carries it own licence, in which case that licence is explicitly declared in the themes source code and takes precedence over this licence, are covered by the Attribution 3.0 Unported Licence. This includes but it not limited to images, graphics, buttons and any other non-Drupal code including CSS. If you re-use the non-Drupal CSS, such as the layout methods in Genesis, please attribute in the CSS source code. Attribution is not a requirement, although it would be nice. If you re-use images, please give credit towards this, either in source code or as link back to http://adaptivethemes.com/ in the footer of your site. Again, this is not a requirement, but is appreciated.
Modifications
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our Themes to fit your purposes.
Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our Themes, modified or unmodified. All Themes are property of Adaptive Themes. You agree to have a small link to AdaptiveThemes.com on the template/website, however you may freely remove this link at any time. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Return Policy for Commercial themes
Due to the fact that we are selling non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchase. Please make sure that you've carefully read all relevant documentation, asked questions, viewed screen-shots and tried out the demo. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date. We offer support and are only to happy to help you get your Theme up and running.
Modifications to the Terms
Adaptive Themes reserves the right to modify current Terms without prior notice.
